It's kind of simple: Take your shirt off, point the phone toward a mirror and take a picture. For a lot of us the image is a sad reminder of past tortilla chips, Popeye's Tackle boxes, Reese's Peanut butter cups and cans of beer. For Matt Meredith, his reflection is an image of discipline and determination. The only six-pack he's carrying is the one attached to his ribs.

Meredith's photos are truly impressive, and even though we gawk at them, we must praise this young man for his backward sculpting skills; he's truly carved his body from the inside out.

He even gives you free tips on how to do it yourself. Each of his posts includes a little written tutorial on what you need to do to achieve his results. It may not work for a lot of us who spend more time lifting kettle chips than kettlebells, but there's nothing wrong with a little junk food.
